CDBG EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM
The City of North Charleston's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Emergency Housing Repairs Program is designed to increase the livability of substandard housing in North Charleston. The City wants to help improve the living conditions of low and moderate-income households by eliminating imminent threats to health, safety, and welfare. This program is available city-wide.
Through this program the City's designated housing agency will perform limited repairs to households that meet the income requirements and the scope of the rehabilitation work.
Applications are taken during certain periods when funds are available, usually in the summer.

HOME HOMEOWNER REHABILITATION PROGRAM
The City of North Charleston has selected Metanoia, a local non-profit agency to administer our HOME Program Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program.
